Romand Color Lip Matte is a soft-matte lip tint with a unique putty-like texture that glides smoothly across the lips, filling in fine lines for a blurred, natural look. Despite its lightweight feel, the formula is long-wearing, smudge-free, and transfer-resistant — making it ideal for everyday wear. Available in 8 wearable shades that range from delicate nudes and peaches to muted grapes and vintage cherry, it can be used on its own or layered as a lip base to build custom color combos.
- Dispense: Gently squeeze the tube to release the putty-textured tint.
- Apply: Use the built-in spreader (or your fingertip) to apply starting from the center of your lips, then blend outward.
- Blend (optional): For softer edges, finish by blending with a lip brush or fingertip to blur the outline.
- Layer: If you want a more intense or deeper shade, apply a second layer, or use this matte tint as a base under other lip products (like gloss or lipstick).
- Let Set: Allow a few seconds for the product to settle into a soft, matte finish.
